The first £100 deposit per person is non refundable.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to reasons out of our control we will give you all your money back less the deposit.
If you choose to cancel before end of September 2017 you will receive all your money minus the un-refundable deposit and a 20% administration fee. Any money that we have paid to Sackville travel towards your flight will have to be dealt with separately.
If you choose to Cancel between October and February will incur a 60% admin fee and your refund for the plane ticket will be dealt with by Sackville travel according to their and the airlines terms and conditions.
If you choose to cancel between March and the start date we reserve the right to retain 100% of all payments as we will have paid all costs. However for reasons due to medical problems these will be covered under your ATOL insurance for flights and your travel insurance for the holiday. Re-reimbursement of you flight will be arranged by Sackville travel according to their and the airlines terms and conditions.
We strongly advise everyone to undertake full Caribbean travel insurance.
